More than 70 golf enthusiasts hit the links on Monday, August 12th for the 15th annual Lutheran Classic golf outing to support Lutheran Congregational Services.
Golfers and volunteers enjoyed a fun-filled day at the Blue Ridge Country Club in Palmerton. The day kicked off with a shotgun start at 11am with a four-person scramble format. The event also included a putting content, food and refreshments and a raffle.
Lutheran Congregational Services is a service of Liberty Lutheran, a social ministry organization of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Lutheran Congregational Services (LCS) uses an interactive approach to identify individual needs, so we can provide you with specially adapted learning opportunities, ministries and services. We also coordinate the Lutheran Disaster Response ministries in Eastern Pennsylvania and offer refugee resettlement services in the Lehigh Valley. Monies raised through the Lutheran Classic support these programs and help us continue our community outreach.
We want to thank everyone who supported LCS by participating in the15th annual golf outing and making it such a success. We hope to see you all back again next year.
