Across all of our Liberty Communities, we take a comprehensive approach to supporting the healthcare needs, lifestyle preferences and personal interests of older adults as they age. Our person-centered model of care focuses on all aspects of their well-being, while our rich, engaging environment inspires them to live life to the fullest.

Additionally, our faith-based roots call us to compassionately respond to and care for vulnerable individuals—a commitment that we continue to foster through our social ministry organizations.

LCFS’ West Philadelphia Senior Community Center offers a hot meal daily and serves as a hub for activities and services designed to keep older adults in the neighborhood healthy, engaged, connected and resilient.

Lutheran Congregational Services partners with congregations across eastern Pennsylvania to share the love and light of Christ with those in need.

Lutheran Disaster Response-Eastern PA helps survivors of disaster rebuild their lives.

The Becoming Center at Artman offers personalized, comprehensive, preventive and restorative holistic wellness for active adults seeking to improve their fitness and overall well-being.
